Glad to hear the smoke was worth the wait. How was the cindy to grow under cfls? I've been thinking of non-bagseed seeds and this keeps popping up. Any heads ups?

I'm not 100% but a normal outlet should be able to power a lot more than that. I have had 5 42w and 2 23w out of the same and had no problems.. i think a normal wall outlet is 1250w? As for the timer, no idea. Mine always starts out proper and then turns on/off 8 hrs after it's supposed to.
