How often are you watering her? And, by chance, are you checking the pH by soil sample, or by what you are mixing the solution to? Or by run-off? BTW... bad ass with your use of stones... very zen of you... ;-)

Ding, ding, ding!!! coco... you need to feed from the start. but... you also need to preflush & balance the cations... plus flush out the excess Na & K, which isn't in a usable form... plus all the other bs. until you do that, the pH will naturally be very low... check your run-off...
