more info dude what r u feeding it ,are you using city water? leaving it out for 24hrs? pH strips are cheap or a liquid test kit 6 bucks at wal-mart or any fish store? it will gro slo in window use cfl all the time,get 2 100w equivilants 6700k,will do much better.
