If you use gravity make sure you raise your lights a good amount and the feeding or two BEFORE using gravity, make sure you cut the ppm's down SUBSTANTIALLY. Else, as Lord Dangly Bits said, POOF! :)

Sure, just get you an 8 lamp 4' flouro panel. Will be almost as good as 1 -400w mH hid light. Easily works for clones and early veg.

Sounds good to me. Throw those clones under a t5 6500k flouro and theyll do great.

Ive done the orange peels a buncha times on random bagweed ive bought to freshen it up. It DOES impart a citrus smell taste to the buds. Slight, but present nonetheless... Be careful if you dont want them smelling like oranges. Wet brown paper sacks work wonders without smell or taste. Soak...

Yes, using a intake would help. Use about 1/3 the size of a fan for your intake as you do your exhaust, or maybe 1/2. Liek if your exhaust fan is 440cfm, use 150-250 cfm for the intake fan. This helps make sure air is constantly being pulled through your tent and exits out your tent...
