    Week flower?

Yea 4 or 5 sounds about right. It's not an exact science like it is indoors when you flip the lights you can start counting. I'm doing outdoor for the first time in Ontario, so not too far from you. I'm mostly concerned about rain = mold. I think my timing for harvest will be mostly...

Ontario outdoor. Monster plant small buds???

It doesn't seem too far behind to me, but this is my first time outdoor. Looks about a week behind my plants. Personally I would have done a lot more trimming of leaves and sucker branches lower down on the plant to focus the energy to the buds. It's probably too late to do that, as people...

Outdoor Legal Grow in Ontario, Canada

Yea the sad part is if you try to grow those seeds they will likely give some super bunk weed. Maybe you get lucky and not all the calyxes get pollinated? I've had that happen where I was super bummed out that a male I didn't notice pollinated my plants and in the end it turned out to only...

    Greater Toronto Area growers 2019

That really sucks. Being able to legally grow outdoors has its pros and cons I guess. I haven't had a problem yet. I'll post back with photos once the sun is up today.

Outdoor Legal Grow in Ontario, Canada

Just looking at google maps. If I recall correctly the massive hemp field I drove past was around King St. N and Elliot Rd. Just north of Oakland.

Outdoor Legal Grow in Ontario, Canada

I'm all clear. I have checked some of those lower calyxes and found nothing. There is a lot of hemp being grown around Tilsonburg area that I saw when driving through. I'm in London area though, and haven't had a problem. I'm growing sensi-star, trainwreck, blueberry, and grand daddy purple

My plants look about the same here in Southern Ontario.

Could they have been pollinated? That can turn them amber if I recall correctly.

    Harvesting Now Western Ma

That does seem early to me, but your plants are much further along than mine. I'm up in Southern Ontario. Personally I would at least partially judge by the plant as well. Your plant looked vibrant and healthy so I would have waited until it looked a bit more tired and "mature" before harvesting.

    Ontario backyard grow

I'm also southern Ontario. My plants loved the summer. I had considered putting plastic over my plants to shield them from rain in late flower, but they are really tall now I think I'll just keep a close eye. Looking forward to the next update!

    TheDillestPickle's First Grow Journal

It's been 7 years. After the server got hacked I think I lost momentum on posting updates. I ended up with 3.5 pounds of pretty decent bud. The pollination wasn't as complete as I had thought and most of the bud was seedless. Oh yea and weed is legal now in Canada! They legalized last...

    I assume somethings wrong?

what you are seeing there is nutrient burn. So yes that soil is a bit too hot for the baby seedling. But it's probably best to just let it grow because in a very short time the plant will be big enough to handle the concentration of nutrients in the soil.

    No Watering/No Maintenance Guerilla Growing?

Thank you for the help. I'm looking at possibly growing in a swamp. Where I live it is very hard to find land that isn't either cultivated or completely forested. Most small clearings are on private property, and the only other option to find a decent clearing, that is way out of the way, is...

Recycled Organic Living Soil (ROLS) and No Till Thread

While you sound disappointed that the coco and peat and turning out to pretty much the same things in performance, that is reassuring for me, as I plan to use cocobricks for portability in Guerilla growing, but I was a bit worried about unpredictabity. Did you have any fear of Magnesium...

Carrying In Promix This Year! Any One Do This?

Are there any compressed rice hull bricks on the market? I don't know if that exists or if it is even a possible thing to make, but if you could have rice hulls compressed in the way you can have with coco bricks, then that would be a really great product for guerilla growers. Better than...

Carrying In Promix This Year! Any One Do This?

Good thread. I have been thinking Coco-blocks for guerilla as well. I'm planning to do a swamp grow with 65 gallon smart pots(2 coco blocks). I'm not keen on hauling any perlite in because it is so bulky. Will coco oversaturate just by the wicking action of a pot sitting on a swamp? I am...
