Hey guys, so my plan went from running 3 plants in 5gal hydro buckets to 6 in a DWC bucket and possibly more for clones. i just bought an 18 gal bucket tonight and i think 18 gal is going to be a little bit too big? heres a pic, let me know

so ive changed what i am going to do. I have the 3 plants in hydro buckets but i am also going to make a (3) 6 pot DWC systems. so with that said what should i go with? 2 400w lamps or 1 1000w or what? thanks

sorry for the delay. are you asking to keep the 400w light in the same room as the plants? you will want a MH bulb for vegging and a MPS bulb for flowering

So are people using the MH bulb to veg then switching to a HPS bulb for flowering?

you should be good to go, however you will need to have nutrients and ph +/- along with a ph and ppm meter and lights of course

when should i start to put the kids in the hydro system and run it with just distilled water? or will that over water it for now? also what is the best/cheapest 400w light for these? and if i got it should it be run before the entire time or just for flowering?

hillcrest, it will be carefully watched over but by the veg stage hopefully the light is up high enough, the insulation is only 4 ft high and thanks beav i checked it out

ha yes naturally a fan, its in there just not in the picture! i dont know how big ill go yet. ill see how big they are after 3 weeks vegging, i think ill veg them until around december 15ish then start to flower but again not sure yet
