I didn't mean stretching, the plants continue to grow up during flower a little bit regardless anyway, correct?(more or less depending on strain) I just thought it might bolster that. I guess it might have to do with positioning of the lights too.

It might work but it wouldn't be safe and it would probably shorten the life of the bulb, ballast, or both.

I'd worry more about sprouting them and everything in between before trying to ask how big your harvest is going to be. Post pics of them in the last weeks of flower, then ask.

You can still use a carbon filter, you don't have to vent it outside, you can just keep recycling the air and it would atleast be effective for smell just not for exhaust.

drying is the initial hanging of the buds where they lose most of their moisture and then after drying you can cure/dry slower in a sealed container like canning jars to increase taste and aroma.

but can you really back up that ultimatum? weed > sex. sex > weed. that one's hard, I think they go hand in hand. I don't think two additional lights would be bad, it'd still add to your total lumens regardless of color temp but you might experience more vertical growth during flower.

its easy enough to rig a light raising / lowering system with string and a key ring even if you're just going to have a couple CFL bulbs hanging down, just tie off / wrap up the loose end somewhere and it will act like a pulley. I like the sun lift system (many diff brands). Fairly inexpensive...

because if you're going to spend 50 to 70 dollars on a light at home depot than you might as well get a 70 to 150 watt HPS or MH security light.

You can use a humidistat which is like a thermostat but for humidity. It will turn on a humidifier or a dehumidifier.

I'm doing the same thing with a 400w MH high bay, but I hadn't considered gutting the ballast from its housing and putting it in a PC power supply. The housing it came with is so dang bulky / heavy. The power supply would be nice with the fan for cooling as well. Nice job.

I don't know much about soil but you need more phosphorus for flowering. The leaves will start to yellow towards the end of flowering but I don't think they should be yet. So I would look into adding nutes.

I've never used it but I've heard that Ona though it works, takes some smell away from the buds themselves. Carbon filter you're going to need some kind of blower, but inline duct fans are pretty cheap (20-30) at most hardware stores.
