I agree! With a ph of 10 the plant is locked up and not getting hardly anything. Flush for a bit then reset your reservoir with nutes and then ph balance. Some nutes will raise and lower the ph so I always adjust ph last to know what it will be when done. Lates

I thought someone said above that the heater was a 15A? If so you would want to run that on it's own circuit. If you run that with lights and other stuff on the same circuit that could trip the circuit. Especially since that heater alone is enough to trip it cycling on for a while and off. I bet...

I have to say that I have been using the coco with Botanicare nutrients. While the results were pretty good, now I have been using Canna A&B and cannot believe the difference! I still add the cal mag and then the A&B. I have also supplemented the great white once. Man growth is unbelievable...

I do agree with Nas2007 that it isn't a good idea. It can be done but will always seem to be done with less than favorable results. And will take longer than not in flowering already.

Pukka, It really depends on the strain of plant. Some strains can do this and others have a real hard time doing it. For instance, I have done this with diesel and tried the same time with chem dawg to no avail. I would suggest going to straight 24 hour light if you do try it. Also, it depends...

I would be so scared of trying this just do to the fact of bugs! Let alone of trying this without trying to sterilize the coco, or trying to buffer. The buffering doesn't worry me as much as trying to sterilize it. Come on dude for the $4 bones a bag is it worth it?

I guess one thing to clarify on the watering everyday is that you have to have the root structure in the pots to accomodate it. I am saying this from reading all the posts here and from my garden as well. If you have a small plant in a 1 gal container than watering this everyday will hurt it...
