I know FDD swears by foliar feeding, and it is true IME that foliar feeding does help deficiencies quick. I am still a little skeptikal about doing it indoors though with the lights so close. If i spill a little water on the leaves it burns.

if you cant fit a hood in there I doubt a 400w hps is going to work out for you either. however a 150w hps would probably workout for you well in that space, and the 150w hps will out shine the 200w cfl all day long. The only drawback will be the heat, but if you have cash to spend on a 400w hps...

if you are watering once a day then you should be able to give nutes again in 3-4 days. I like to back off and give straight phed water for a few days when i start overdoing it. After I feel they are looking better its back to business....
