Thanks DarthD3vl...it is a verry good strain! I have grown Ereal's on trays and they are huge producers! I was getting 3 flushes damn near every time.

Well, maybe one day you will try PE, and then you will know its not psychological. Not many ppl get ahold of PE, unless they grow them themselves. None of my buddies had ever heard of them until I turned them on to some. Anyway, not trying to be a know it all but I know what I grow!!

All it takes for your jars to get cantaminated in 1 skin cell, or 1 mold spore! Do you want to risk that? Anyway, just trying to help, hope it works out for you!

It will be well worth it in the long run Stimpy, and they are not that expensive.

If you want visuals...get ahold of some Penis Envy!! I have ate many sheets of sid over the yrs, and ate mushroom out the wazoo. But I never had actual visuals until I grew and ate some PE. If you do get ahold of some, get ready for a 12hr trip!!

If you want to grow mushrooms, you need a PC to sterilize your substrate. I have heard of ppl not using them and claiming to have success, but I wont take that chance. ! I like to be sure I am not going to have any problems.

Aborts are VERRY potent!! I know from experience, I had a bag full after about 10 diff grows and I ate 1.5g and they blew my mind!! But I have to say, PE is the STRONGEST mushroom I have ever grown and tried!!!! Not for the amatures!

Yes, but its cheaper and easier if you go this route. Just go to a health food store and get some unbleached brown rice flour ($2.50 lb) then go to a Lowe's and get a bag of vermiculite $5 bucks)..then go to Spores101 and get a syringe for $16 bucks. If you have a pressure cooker, thats all you...

If you dont have anymore soil for casing, you can use vermiculite. I like using verm, because it has a verry low contam rate. It can be hard to find this late in the season, so you might have to do some searching.

Usually when most of them are ready, the smaller ones will be aborts. They will usually not grow because the large mushrooms suck out the moisture. When I did trays, as soon as the viels were ready to tear I would pick everything...even aborts. Then mist the old casing layer to add more moisture...

I have used it for the 1st time this year and noticed a few of the leaves on 1 of mine are kinda dark on the edges. I am gonna stop using it for now, and I might just be a mag def....we will see. I have only been using 1Tbs per gal every 3 days, so I dont think I over did it.
