if its Meg def , try giving it a bit of epson salt that contains ........49% MgS04 - Magnesium Sulfate ........16% Mg0 Magnesium Oxide mix it and mist the leafs for stress relief or can be used when watering juring flowering

yea heat could be the #1 problum , usaly the temp should be around 20C (70F)

1 to 2 hours of complete darkness won't hurt a plant even about 5 hours of 100% darkness won't hurt them, just as soon as you get to 6 hours and more then you gotta start to worry
