You have to find out how much air you need to be pushed in and pulled out. Then read the numbers on the PC fan and see if they will be strong enough. If not you can go to radio shack and pick some up easily. I use CFL's as well and that light you have will work fine. With 6 cfls you will be fine...

Hey man I think you have a solid setup and you will be super happy here in the coming weeks. Remember patience is the key. And take it slow and easy with the nutes. Each strain of plant has its own sensitivity to nutes. So with that many pay attention closely.
