no one on here that I know of distills their own water. i'm not sure what u mean, but distilling means to boil the water and collect the steam so that you have water that is free of any ions or metals. some people who have city water leave their water out to let the chlorine evaporate off...

Um, neither was hydro, but it works. Anyways, are you using RO water or distilled water? If you are using tap water, that could be the problem as well. Are you feeding it nutrients? Your ppm shouldn't be above 200 at this point.

Happy Halloween everyone! So this is officially 31 days into flowering. I had to tie her down a few days ago because the branches were getting fairly close to the reflector, and I didn't want them to start burning. All is well though. I think she's looking alright. I'm hoping another 30 days...

i think you could probably get a little more than 3X3 out of it. If you got a good reflector with a wide coverage area, i think you could get 4X4 out of it without any problems. That's why I say 75 watts per plant. You are pushing it just a little bit with 6 plants, but it will still work decently.

yes it'll work, but you'll be lacking just a very small amount. For each plant, you should have roughly 75 watts. 6X75=450 watts 400 is fine, but a 600 would do you wonders!

i like advanced nutrients pH up and down (it's the only thing I can afford by them anyways). It's SUPER concentrated. Only takes a few drops for my 5 gallon resevoir. Lasts me a lifetime and it's not that expensive when compared to GH's pH up and down.
