    Best genetics, hands down?

F First grow was in 1998, and the genetics were shit. Does this question infer that you think genetics in the 80s were better than they are now? Never heard that one before. Maybe the seed banks just decided to stop producing good genetics after 1989. Or perhaps that's bollocks. Just a thought.

    Best genetics, hands down?

    Best genetics, hands down?

I've grown shit loads of strains. Serious Seeds, White Label, Ugorg, Mr. Nice, Barney's Farm, Sensi Seeds. Etc etc. Hands down the best feminised seeds I've ever used are from Dinafem. I don't use anything but their fem seeds now. It's not worth the hassle.

    Best genetics, hands down?

Genetics in 2019 are far better than they ever have been. Serious seeds? Are you serious? I've grown out their Bubblegum and it's nothing at best, and deplorable at worst Mr. Nice? Come on mate, next you'll be talking about the Stone Roses and Love Dove pills. Dinafem seeds are more...

    LB's Wildly Mediocre DWC/ScROG Grow

You can pinch the stems to get them to bend down. Get your thumb and middle finger, crush the stem slightly until you can feel it becoming like a knuckle, whilst at the same time bending the stem down with your fore finger. I've no idea what this is called but it works. Don't panic if you think...

    LB's Wildly Mediocre DWC/ScROG Grow

Hi mate. If you have some specific questions I'm here to help. No offence meant, but I don't have the time to read the entire thread. Happy to help if I can.

    Will they survive?

I'd do maybe 20 sites on a 2ft by 2ft scrog. To get a plant to fill that space I'd veg for 6 weeks. It doesn't matter how many squares there are, you can adjust that yourself. Also, don't use a scrog net. They're useless. You want a screen that's as tight as you can make it. Think of a...

I guess none then.. You'll find out soon enough.

    Will they survive?

Not sure what a top is mate, if you mean a bud site.. then it means nothing. I wouldn't bother with any more than 15 bud sites per plant. Any more than that is a waste. Christ, its not complicated. 14oz from 3 plants isn't exactly something to shout home about. I'd be pissed if I didn't get...

Travelling to Amsterdam - a little advice please

You've been there twice and are asking for advice on a forum full of useless kids? Either you've never been there, or you're a clown. If you want to ask a sensible question, I'll answer it.

    Will they survive?

I realise you might have some experience mate but that scrog is useless, as are most scrogs. At least it looks tight. I think there is way too many people just stretching a bit of string over their plants and thinking that's a scrog. It isn't. It's a stressful thing for the ladies, not a...

Seems over complicated to me. How many grows have you done before this one?

    Defoliation?

I defol the hell out of my plants. Treat em mean keep em keen. They love it. Last grow was just under 1kg from 5 plants, 6 weeks veg. It's a personal thing but I don't go for the the whole careful growing thing. I twist em, defol, scrog, lollypop and anything else that gets the plant to...

    1 site RDWC??

Simply not true. Obviously people get better at growing but a hydroponic system will always be faster than dirt. The ability for the plants to uptake nutrients in water, plus the ability to manage those nutrient levels is vastly improved in hydro. It's more complicated, but it is a system...

    First DWC, few questions.

This is called an RDWC, with a central reseviour, as opposed to a DWC. Single site DWCs are harder work, but reduce the likelyhood of root rot spreading to all the plants. Both setups have their advantages, personally I prefer DWC for the reason above. Yes RDWC is easier, but getting 3 months...

    help curing

Yuhuh, hopefully this helped over the past 3 years. The amount of bollocks on this thread is ridiculous. Good luck mate. Its not that complicated.

    When to feed bloom nutes?

I'd trust the opinions on Uk420 as much as I'd trust the Communist loser that runs it. Shit site, shit people, shit. The end.

    help curing

I get 1kg from 5 plants, dried and cured. Why aren't people listening to the people can? Ughhhhhh, it's so boring.
