it's technically illegal to grow even 1 plant. so you could be charged no matter how many plants you have if you are growing illegaly. that being said i have never heard of anyone being charged with a small number of plants, it's just a waste of the courts time. even if you were caught growing...

so far they are looking good but you're going to want to transplant them into their own pots asap before the roots become intangled

there is no problem moving an indoor plant outdoor, you just shouldn't move an outdoor plant indoors

talk to the apt managment and see if you can get some or all of that money back when you move out. i mean i'm sure they will not want you to take the clicker with you, so when you return it to them you should be able to get some or all your mony back.
