Bullshit, reverse kills herms. You can spray at first sine of herm and reapply 10 days later or preventive spray at day 0 of flower and 10 days later.

Without a ppm meter use 1/2 strength nutes. I was using full str. nutes(botanicare) and was burning the plants by week 5 of flower salt build up I bought a meter and found like 1/2-3/4 max on the labeling instructions. LESS IS MORE!

Another good gnat treatment is called gnatrol kinda spendy but vey effective. Also keep the light just higher than you think is good, this will keep stress to a min. 1/3 strength nutes help the young also.

Your plant looks great. About week 3 under 12/12? I would feed your 24day clones but with a weak soulition. like 1/3 strength. sighns of stress vary but curling leaves tips down is a good sighn of over fed. yellowing or crispy leaves is a sight of salt build up in soil.

You will be asking for heat problems and cooked plants to put even an air cooled 1000w in a 3'x5' box. I would either use a 600w or make a bigger box btw I would make it at least 60" high.
