u use fertz way too much,u should try fertz every 2 weeks and make sure u flush first,and make sure that the water is draining properly cuz your fertz will just build up n make it worse HOPE THIS HELPS

there are different ways to super crop-bending,tying,and topping-bending is wat ur talking about,topping is cutting of the top if the plant,and tying is also known as LST(low stress training)all are beneficial when done right P.S i would practice with one(if u have a couple)till u get a hang of it
