yea the hps will stretch do u have a mh/hps switchable ballast? the mh is awesome for veg(little stretch)mayby a CMH(red and blue spectrum )if u cn put it in ur ballast would work good 4 both stages

i use a 400w for flowering 4-6, y 1 plant under 400w? kind of waste of light if u ask me. the longer u veg the more u will get,i would veg mayby 2 more week. u mite want to get a fan blowin on her to fatten up those stems in that time( gently ) . good luck

Are u putting them in the ground or buckets? I would let the soil dry so it stays together when u transplant and not crumble.ur plants will probably have some shock for a couple days.if ur putting them in the ground u cn probably just cut the bag at the bottom n let the roots grow out the bottom...

u should use a "claw" and soak the dirt to loosen it up and dig.after u dig mix some soil with the dirt.if u had to use trash bag u should put them in buckets(or anything to block the light) probably 5 gallon buckets since theyre outdoor. u can get root rot if theres too much moister in the bag...

u dnt wanna keep moving ur plants but u cn just be gentle,ur going to keep in flower or reveg? u can bring them in for darkness to flower ive done it,could have effect on yield tho plants want to stay in 1 spot if they could , u could probably cover them too if possible

MG is not good for MJ when i used it it had so many nutes that it blocked out the N n wouldnt grow till i flushed and tranplanted i would use 1/4 strength with MG if u have no choice. a pic would help too. as far as trimming,how old is your plant n how many nodes?where im at harvest is sept-oct

make sure u flush the last 2 weeks so u get a better tasting less harsh plant and like Dominathan said 24 hours of darkness b4 chop i did that last grow it gives it that lil extra

those pics r tiny any way to get bigger 1s? MG soil is not good tho it is usually too much nutes , fox farms is awesome but they look ok from what i can see,the first pic looks kinda yellow tho,mayby N deff(too much nutes will block plant from takin N-P-K in ) . or over watering,,besides that...

sounds like u are talking about secondary nodes if they were leaves. how old is yout plant? u will usually get preflowers in 4th-6th week of veg females will grow long white hairs out of a lil pouch and males will grow a tiny stick with a ball at the end hope this helps good luck

they look heathy, but howcome 4 month veg?i hope u have alot of light n space,at 4 months my plants would be f***ing huge by end of flower, what are u using for light?

as long as u r in veg it is ok ,my plant has 8 nodes and i just topped it,i usually top at around 5 nodes

if u want a good yield patience is key i would wait till they are 5 weeks b4 12/12 and trim lower bottom leaves to put all energy into the top(where the big buds are)lst or supercropping would help your yield also

they do that when they reach for the light and also when they are trying to get light to the bottom nodes its nomal as long as they are not curling up(heat stress)
