Well there is yellowing between the veins so that only leads me to believe that its a micro nute problem. up the micro, might want to foilar feed with micro to speed up the healing 2x-3x a day(hydro nutes only of course).

Their getting older, add more micro nutes. Looks like iron and or zinc. Not a nitrogen def, but you want to up the nutes too just so you'll have some good leaves on your tree.

Add nutrients, looks like your foilar feeding with plain water too much aswell. After your plant absorbs nutrients (1/2-3/4 str nutes) you can see if it needs more or less.
