Personally I would not use soap, since soap can leave chemical residues. Bleach will evaporate fully and doesn't leave junk behind. This makes a big difference when you are cleaning stuff for aquariums (anything you clean with soap and put in your tank will kill your fish), but from reading...
Get a hot shots no pest strip ($6-7) and hang it in your garden. Don't water as much and make sure your fans are blowing over your plants. I would also get some neem oil for good measure, but the no pest strip worked best for me. There are other solutions but these are the ones I used.
Yep, those look like leafhoppers to me.
Good luck! I copied and pasted some info from this site:

If you had a problem with leafhoppers...
Yeah that looks like a leafhopper to me too. If you can get a good close up of their wings and the underside of their head I can give you a positive ID from a bug key, but most likely it's a leafhopper.
Hmm....those are some crazy little tunnel looking patterns. Maybe some kind of leaf mining bug? Yikes.
"Most of the time, this pest is identified by the leaf miner damage. Frequently, it appears as yellow squiggly lines in the leaves. This is where the leaf miner larva have literally bored...
If you're really worried maybe you could put something in there to keep them "awake" like get a little keychain flashlight or something and leave it on in your closet? No experience with the matter but just a thought...
Sure is! I've been scanning this site for a while now, but decided I would finally join discussions. I hope I can give what little I know so far back to the community.
Dolomite lime shouldn't raise your ph above 7, so I doubt you'd throw off anything too bad if you just let the lime do its job. I don't have any experience with MG nutes and I'm kind of a newb when it comes to fertilizing (that's what I'm learning with my current project), so I couldn't tell...
I just googled it real quick and it looks like coffee grounds will make your soil more acidic. Yahoo answers says if you mix a little lime in it will counter the acidic effect. I personally wouldn't do it because I don't like messin with my pH, but maybe someone with more experience can chime in.
You could always tack up a big tapestry over your door and tie it to the side like a curtain. If someone may be goin near your grow just cover it up real quick. A tad suspicious but at least it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. ;-)
Yep! Keico's got the key! Everything else I did just reduced their numbers, but since I put one of those hot shot things in I have yet to see another gnat. I only paid 6.50 for one of those things btw, definitely worth it.
Cutting back on my watering helped a lot. I also bought a 3-in-1 organic spray from my local garden shop that has neem in it and sprayed my plants once a week. What really did the trick was one of those yellow no pest strips--not the sticky cards--the pest strips that kill flying insects. If...
Wow, you just rip off the door? Wouldn't that look a little suspicious? Can you just affix the canvas to the inner part of the door frame? That way you can shut the closet door in case someone has to go into your room for some reason. Maybe I am just visualizing your setup wrong.
Of...
