Hey, if those little white things are jumping like you said they are probably springtails and not fungus gnat larvae. They're harmless (they only eat dead plant matter) but the fact that they are there does mean you need to sterilize. Who knows what little nasties may also be living there...

oh wait, sorry, i misread your question. They calculate your grow area by lumens per square foot, so if you put 10000 lumens per square foot while still utilizing the same wattage hps your results would decrease from 5000 because to do so you would have to use a very small area to grow.

You have leaf mining bugs. Those squiggly lines are the larvae eating tunnels in your leaves. Leaf miners are resistant to most pesticides, but I would try neem oil or a horticultural soap. First, however, you need to remove those leaves with tunnels in them and get them OUT of your house ASAP.
