Purchase a used air conditioning unit that they used in old appartments. I'm pretty sure you can buy one for 200$ for less and it should cover about 800sq feet

If you plan to grow like a shit load use the containers if your not just make a PC grow box. I would highly recommend you not making a hole in the ground cause if your parents find out your growing marijuana & making holes in their house their going to flip. Though PC Grow box is best way to go...

your box is too big for the amount of light your providing you can also check how far your lights are from your plants. I would recommend adding another 15watt to have two and in the middle have the 26watt if its a small grow box.
