6500 k for veg, 2700 k for flower. A mix works also, just make sure you have more blue spectrum for veg and more red for flower. You can get the cfl's in really close, like 2-4 inches. I personally prefer 24/0 cycle for clones/veg. Regular potting soil mixed with perlite works just fine, I bake...

Ok, IMO, LED's are the future, but they're not there yet. For the money, right now, you'll get better results with hps.
Chill out bro, people will help, just be patient. A 600 with a curved aluminum reflector should be fine in that sized space with proper ventilation. I personally like the Osram Plantastar bulbs, they put out 90,000 lm and have 20% blue spectrum. Just my $0.02
SSRI's (like Zoloft) take a few weeks before they begin to work, taking one will most likely do nothing beneficial for you. The other 2 I've never heard of. Mixing prescription drugs with ecstasy is a pretty bad idea.
Seeds should be put in a folded moist paper towel which is then placed inside a ziplock bag. It should be kept somewhere warm & dark. In 2 - 7 days you'll have sprouts

The "826" means it's 2600k, which is in the color temp range used for flowering. For vegetative growth you should use 6500K (865).You will need a lot of these, like 5 -6 per plant if you wanna see a reasonable yield
