with flouros you need the light hella close to the plant. Sounds like you're stretching. Try LST to even your canopy (bend and tie) or SCREEN it.

It's loking fine for 15 days from seed. increasing the light to 24 is good but it won't grow faster as a result. I'd make a banana split with that banana because it won't change the genes....... keep it up. looks good.
