I have been meeting and looking at different outdoor mmj in nor cal and have noticed a huge drop in quality. Mainly that most of it smells like hay or dirt! How hard is it to find quality stuff that isnt crazy expensive "for outdoor"?

I have had some trouble finding good outdoor at a reasonable price.
