Just dont put too much root hormone in, I would think you can make your rapid rooter too hot with nutes if you put too much hormone in, the cutting will be better off with just tap water and a mist once or twice a day. I keep my flouros on 24/7 for a week or more.

If you have some leaves left on the plant it will provide itself nutrients via photosynthesis - light absorption. If you cut the only leaves it had off it had then you will need to start over - I would think...

Leaves dont grow back... New foliage (vegeatation) will grow and the plant will be fine. nI typically wont remove a leaf until it is all 75% or so dead...

Good points... Personally, I dont think that "the people" will be able to grow and/or sell in any quantities in any location. Does the bill state different?

Sucks about your bill. Pretty funny though... A lot of places offer a government rebate of up to 30% on your electric bill because of hard economic times and inflated prices. I would suggest you look into it at both locations, might be able to save 1/3 of your bill just for applying. I know...

Thanks for the clarification. I might need to pull air into my lights form another source, right now I exhaust my room through my lights to cool them simultaneously. Then it all goes through a 150 carbon filter. Gots some thinkin to do.

No, HPS are not energy efficient when compared to LED's. You will get a better grow with HPS though well worth it. Mine cost me about $30 per month per 1000 watt HPS. What size room are you going to set up in? How many plants? As for strain I am no expert. You can pretty much flip the light...
