there are so many factors that contribute to how much you will yield.... if this is your first time growing dont expect much.... first of all how big is ur room, what type setup you have, what type of nutes, how well u take care of it, etc... list goes on and on. but dont expect a lot your first...

if ur not worried about the heat getting out of control & u dont pay ur elec bill & u have sufficient ventilation then throwin in a hps dosnt sound all that bad, in your situation i would use the cfls & the hps. baggahs will take off!!!

it prolly got stunted from the MG soil. you are over that stuff! haha first time i grew when i was 14 i used it and stunted one of my plants for weeks

hps is not necessary at all in veg stage. save $ on power & be able to put cfls all around the plant but if u do throw in a hps it will def speed up growing. good luck. ill be watching!
