1800 watts would equal 15 amps and in mostly all 98% residential homes today run 10 amp and 15 amp sockets, if your equipment is consuming 1800 watts/15 amps it will pop the circuit in absolutely no time.

I doubt it is in shock from getting full light. Is it soil or hydro and is it outside or inside is it in bloom (12/12) mode if inside? A pic would answer a lot of these questions.

We use a Fabreeze True Air. All you do is plug it in and its 100% silent. Never heard it. We grew our last crop not even being able to smell it from close by the closet. If you stuck your head inside you would smell something but it really did the job.
