How big is the cupboard or u can add lights till desired temp. You can buy a Hygrometer (measures moisture in air) if you are willing to buy one of these devices I would get a combo unit that has a thermometer/Hygrometer around 20 bucks total at a hardware store or even try a Walmart.

Lumens is the brightness of a light source. This is why people use MH bulbs and HPS bulbs because they can have a greater source of Lumens per bulb then yours and mine CFL bulbs but the down size it high heat production and cost in electricity and cost per bulb.

Well I have 4 plants and 9 100 watt equivalent 2700k 1600 Lumens each cfls and 1 150 watt equivalent 5000k 2800 Lumens each cfl

I would add more cfls or higher output clfs (more light equals more bud and more heat) Hope this helps
