Hey Pacman, you want to veggie for 4-8 weeks depending on how much room you have using 400 MH light and when you put your plants to flower for 8-10 weeks depending on the strain use the 600 HPS light. Hope this helps, good luck.

Hey Joco, I know how it is to be a newbie:) Your plants are looking healthy and green, that's the key to growing. I'm upgrading my lights to 400w. You won't know the sex of your plants until you change the lights to 12/12 ( lights 12hours on and 12 hours off)

Hey GA, you should check out eBay for your lights. You are going to need lights for veggies (HPS) and lights for flowering (MH). Ebay have complete light sets. Your fluro lights need to be 2700k for vegging and 6500k for flowering.

Hey Breadwinnernate, while your plants are growing/vegging, they need 2700k lights (white lights). When you change the lights to 12/12, your plants need 6500k lights (yellow lights). Hope this helps.

I drowned my plants now as a part of my harvesting process. The curing time is decreased when you drown your plants and the taste of the smoke is so clean. I have not notice a decrease of yield.
