    WTF is goin on?

Well, if it's dry then watering shouldn't hurt. What's your watering schedule look like?

    Bud Density

Stop using Miracle grow, it's the worst stuff you can get for cannabis. Just use regular potting mix and add your own nutrients.

    WTF is goin on?

Looks badly overwatered. How often were you watering, and are you letting the pot dry out before watering? If the dirt is moist and you add water, you're just asking for problems. The leaves aren't dead yet, just in bad shape, so it's not too late to turn it around. You just have to get the...

    Heat or Nute-burn?

Doesn't really look conclusively like either, and you'd be hard pressed to burn your plants with that lighting setup unless they're WAY too close. I'm leaning towards a nutrient problem.

Leaves turning yellow then brown. Please Help

Every day is definitely too much water. Let the dirt dry out and get a nice crusty top before watering again. Should be every 2-3 days.

    2 weeks old... ROOT PROBLEM!?

Not true. My aeroponics system runs in 30 minute intervals, so according to you, my plants should be dead. There have been several occasions where I shut the system off for a few hours for some reason or another. The roots are fine to dry out for short periods. That is true. If your roots...

    Is oily water bad?

Letting your tap water sit for 24 hours will be your cheapest solution by far, and is effective.

Covering my plants with plastic.. bad idea?

A transparent bag probably won't block much light, but if the moist air cannot escape the bag readily, your humidity is going to skyrocket, especially on warm days. While it's cold you're probably fine, but you're basically making a tiny greenhouse, and small greenhouses get really, really hot.

    brown tip leaves.

MG is very bad for cannabis, and will burn your seedlings every time. I'm sorry to say, but your seedlings are probably badly nutrient burned and it's probably going to get worse before it gets better. If they're not very old and you didn't pay much for your seeds, I'd say start over. I don't...

    whats my problem? burnt tips

Doesn't looks like nute burn to me. And no, all living organisms require food to live and grow. Nutrients are food to the plant.

Carbon filter vs In-Line UV Ozone Generator

A carbon filter will last you about 18 months. A UV lamp will not.

t5 closet to 1kw tent, thoughts?

Two 1000 watters will also cost you over 100 dollars a month in electricity while the two 600s will cost you around 60 dollars. Two 1000s will also put out a lot more heat, and will require more expensive ballasts. Two 600s should be fine.

24/0 vs. 18/6 debate is over!!!!

I'm of the opinion that there isn't going to be a huge difference in growth between 18/6 and 24/0, or even anything in between. 18/6 is going to be easier on your bill and will stress the plants less. 24/0 will probably grow a bit faster but you pay a premium for that little bit of growth...

    Flowering tricks?

You can't put too much in and hurt the plants, it will just stop dissolving. Too much can cause all kinds of secondary problems though, as you're basically making a rich soup that all kinds of critters will love.

    Personal grow in apartment?

I know exactly how you feel. I'm growing personal supply in my own small apartment with close neighbors. I'm also growing in the same space as you. I have my first harvest coming up at the end of the month, and I'm estimating at least 4 ounces out of my 8 square foot area. I'm using a 400...

    what is with riu

It looks like we've got two camps here. The reasonable camp that expects people to put some effort into solving their problems, and the babysitters who believe that you should spoon feed people the information they want. I belong firmly in the former camp. If somebody asks a question that's...

"weeds that Please" cannabis in the mail.

Forgive me if I'm skeptical of a 1 post forum noob. It's nothing against you, it's just really easy for site operators to register an account to go defend their service on forums like this.

    Flowering tricks?

The molasses is to add carbohydrates for the plant to absorb, so it's basically just another nutrient, just a cheap one. Most of these tricks are just silly little superstitions. We are programmed to learn and recognize patterns, even when there are none. So, some guy who does something silly...
