I've got an oscillating fan blowing over the tops of my plants and just under the lamp, and my ladies are fine about 4"-6" from the light. Good airflow goes a long way to stopping heat damage.

DO NOT USE MIRACLE GROW! It's the worst soil you can possibly get, you're better of going to your back yard with a shovel. Get a potting mix without nutrients added.

Well, first of all, don't bump your thread 20 minutes after posting it. Second of all, we need pictures or more information about your plant and the damage. How tall are the plants? How much of the top is burned?

We need as much of the following information as possible to help you. What nutrients are you using? At this point in soil, you shouldn't be using any just yet. How often are you watering? What soil are you using? Pictures, if possible, are a great asset to us.

Prune any that are badly yellowed, they won't recover. Anything that's still at least a third green you should leave. You can cut the damaged portions of a leaf off and leave the green part and the leaf will live on to produce energy for the plant. Also, I wouldn't recommend going a full week...

I gave my plants more nutrients than that wen they were only 10" tall and they didn't burn. Not sure what your problem is, but I don't see how you could burn your plants with only 500 ppm unless they're just seedlings.

Just pick off all the male flowers you can find and hope for the best. Since you're so near the end you should be fine.

Are you sure the soil is still moist? If it's still wet after 5 days of no watering, you've got some seriously bad drainage. It sounds like you may be underwatering now, though. The leaves look similar when overwatering and underwatering.

Doesn't look like it's worth nearly what they're asking. I built my entire grow setup including lights, fans, air filters etc. for less than a quarter of the cost and I have roughly the same growing space.
