The risk is that with the younger flowering plants that they might freak out and turn hermie. The older plants won't have time for such crap.

i think they are overwatered too, also maybe too much heat and not enough breeze.

don't go to 12/12 yet, wait until they are close to your desired height.

ASAP. When the plants are a few inches tall the roots will be around and at the bottom of a party cup. I recommend at least a 6" pot, 12" if possible.

Its been awhile but here are some of my latest pics...about 6 weeks into flowering:

I created a veg room and transplanted the grandchildren into 12" pots. They are under 2x 27watt CFL's @ 24/0. The other plants continue to flower, with 1 -2 weeks left.

They are just starting to smell now. The fastest plant, 1701, is going to be done within 2 weeks. The other 2 plants, 702 and 703, are 2-3 weeks from finishing. Odor control isn't an issue. The room is contained enough to keep the smell away from anyone who would care. I have been feeding...

i agree they are stretching a little bit. due to constraints of space and electrical budget, i cannot be running more lights, or relying less on daylight. my current crop was completely vegged on daylight and 27 watts of a desk lamp.

i should have looked before i spoke. more like a month old, 6"+ tall, 3 nodes combo 500 actual cfl watts and my windowsill, mg african violet soil

I have a desk lamp and had planned to use it. I just want to leave the seedlings in the flower room as long as possible as they seem to like it a lot more than the desk lamp.
