Yes you can. Just make sure to use daylight CFL bulbs for veg with a 6500K color spectrum, and soft white or warm white CFLs for flowering. Keep the bulbs within an inch or two of the tops and use some side lighting under the plant canopy. If you use enough light you will have good results. All...
