cfls dont give off enough intense light to burn plants im pretty sure you gotta remember the sun is about 10,000 lumens/sq ft if im correct thats alot of intense light

thanks man yeah i looked into that theres not enough amperage going thru the circuit to overload it made sure of that b4 i did it and all the ballasts are 240vs so less resistance if im correct i think theres a 30 or 40amp fuse in it and the ballasts are only putting out around 4-6amps i think...
