You can do 24/0 or 18/6 the whole time, it depends on what you want. I prefer to do 20/4 or 18/6 because when the light is off the plant can focus totally on root growth. If you only have one plant for now you are fine, but you will need more lights soon. Look for lumen count when buying lights.
