It's possible, I like to put clones in enclosed thing. I just get jiffy pellet container with clear top and mist them and it stays nice and humid in the box.

I agree with ron. If they aren't clones, they will certainly need longer to be good yielding plants in the flowering. Start with your bar of CFLs or the 250w HPS, they both put out about the same amount of Lumens and would be just fine to veg your babies to a foot or two.

I know everyone around here seems to hate MG, but I love it. I usually mix about half regular MG potting soil with half organic potting mix. Then I put in about 2/5 perlite. I say 2/5 because it's usually a bit under half.
