You could weigh them now. Just have to take off 10% of the weight per mushrooms. Not to bad for the first flush. If you are using rye and want more, you may as well go bulk. Back when I did bulk grows I would use rye and once a jar colonized I would just shake it up and inoculate 10 new jars...

I wouldn't recommend grow kits. They are just for slackers and people (in my opinion) who don't appreciate their grow or the substance they are growing. I get a QP and some (about 5-5.5 ounces) every 2 months from my grow and all I grow is 8-10 jars. I can do just as good if not better than one...
