Tony, how big are your pots? Are they heavy when you lift them? Is the surface of the soil hard and crusty? If it is, break it up and loosen it. Then add a little Palmolive soap to the water you give them, this will help with draining. If pots are heavy, then let them dry out a bit...don't let...

From the second I saw the pics I knew it was N deficiency. It'll be difficult to bring them back now. Looks like you didn't feed them enough while in veg, otherwise they would have stored enough N in their leaves to last longer then they have. Then you are only giving them 1 gallon per 4...

I move my veggin plants into sun when ever I get the chance. I will stick them in my backyard, sometimes for the whole day, it doesn't bother them, as the poster above me said-keep control.

you've probably flushed them enough...let them dry up, then just water till harvest...

repot them things right up to those little round leaves, get yourself 6500k(daylight)bulbs, keep them 2-4" above seedlings, let a fan gently blow on them, water from below, put them on a warm surface, do not fertilize them.... if you are going hydro.....forget everything I just wrote......
