Your res temps are way too high. You need to get your temps down to below 72. Otherwise that root rot that you have currently will keep festering. Figure out how to get your temp lower and then run h2O2 to get the rot to stop. Unfortunately this is what you have to control in hydro grows.

I think it is probably just some damage from the seed shell. Did the shell stay on longer than the others? And does your soil contain any nutrients. If it does than yes it could be that as well.

If your soil is amended with nutrients then it is nute burn. If there is nothing in your soil then you don't have nute burn. No nutes before 2 weeks.
