I dont have expertese in spidermite issues. And i dont want to tell you to chuck the plant also it could be and actual spider web. Id need to see pic of the area-like and what the webs look like. Compaction. Seedlings look normal but they could be doing better and bigger. Soil does look unhealthy.

I blew up the picture and it does appear to have little bumps between the preflower and where the pistil would form. Not only on one but all three of them little preflowers. Im not saying its male but do believe it is. Just keep watch. Also is it taller than the other plants or did it seem to...

That second picture almost looks as if a little bump is under that leaf on the stem.

What you want to do is powder the top modestly and once you cover the top chern it in about close to an inch or so really thorough. And dont use it for about 3-4 weeks. After you mix it in at the top water lightly until you see it coming out the bottom. And dont water til about 3 days. Order you...

That's the problem. That doesnt provide essential nutes verses an already ph'd soil mix. That explains the slowed growth. You need to transplant into a healthier soil mix. And you can top dress with the perlite. You also want to strategize and get yout gardening supplies and soil mixes stocked...

You said ready for vegging... youre in veg..lol :) If you meant ready for flower, their not mature enough. Usually maturity doesnt begin until the 5 week. Honestly, it depends because I saw a 2week old plant looking like it was 2months. But of course it was under 20,000 watts... Got me...

You have the right idea about it all. You definately want to get some splitters and add more light asap. You dont want your plants growing and going through maturitu without the right lighting according to the stages of maturity. Then as far as NPK, you want to stay within the ranges of 4-8-7...
