No that would be the stipules. This was the best image for the job hope it helps :) The pre flower will appear near these but will look like one of the flowers u pull off some dried nug. Hair will be white though.

I am running 4 1,000s and I had to move the lights away to about 18" or so due to some light bleaching. I can bring them down within a foot or so with no burn. Things are going to fill in I think these next few weeks.
