What are you trying to sccomplish with your ventilation? What are you venting? Are we talking about the room itself, or the hoods of your lights, or Both?? If it is the room itself, and your trying to pull in Fresh air, while venting out bad air, you will definitely need and inline fan...

I dont think you have enough lighting for another plant..... How do you plant to flower them? Under the same lights?

You Can, but really, I dont see how..... When you harvest, and empty the pot, the coco is all bound up in the roots... It would take you hours to get the usable coco out of the bound up mess.... Just buy new coco...
