anyone else maybe know whats going on?

ive read tons of books. I have many sucessful grows under my belt. This is honestly the biggest probelm i have had in the last 4 years and i cant figure it out. im pretty sure its my water. I used to have a chlorine filter on my tap but it broke. My growing environment conditions are perfect.

is this too late to save?

Do you think if i change my water source my plants will come back or should i start over?

I just got around to get a PH kit. Put these into flower june 1st. Had the problem ever since they started needing more water back when they were in 4 inch pots. I JUST measured my PH and its 8.5. I know it should be 6.5 but is the high PH the problem here?

Ok so I just tested my PH and it says its over 8.5. Do you guys think that is the solution? too high of a PH locking out nutes?

It seems to be starting from the top. Its only on 4 plants, the others look fine. it didnt happen until i transplanted them into ocean forest soil. they went from rooting in a soil less mix straight to ocean forest. think it may of been to strong?
