it was my mistake dude. in first 2 week, my 400W high pressure sodium lamp work just 12/12 and 40 inc from top. that's why they streched i think. now 18/6 and 24 inc. is it enough or not. i also have another 400 W HPS lamp but second lamp is not worked by me.
