Well, I measured it with no bubbles and now it's even higher. It's 1020, which converts to 2.04 - I should be in full bloom. LOL My plants seem to be doing real good. Next Monday when I do my drain/replenish again I'm going to measure the 5 gallons of distilled with nothing in them before...

So my EC is cool when I measure it in the one gallon that has the nutes for the whole tank. Then when I add that gallon and measure the tank 15 minutes later it reads way high. But it also says you can't take a reading in water with bubbles. I got 4 stones in there and you can't see the water...

I know my meter is not a Milwaukee, and I don't think it's a Hanna. It's made by HM Digital. I was hoping the H might be for Hanna, but went to their site, and it's not Hanna's site. Unfortunatey, even the long description of my meter on their site doesn't mention if it's the same as either...

I know Roseman posted an "EC conversion chart" a week or so ago. It converted EC to two different "somethings" that were related to the kind of meter I think. All I know is my meter is a TDS-3 and you calibrate it with NaCI (whatever that is)
