I have a Super Lemon Haze plant and I stopped bending the branches at the end of week 3 of flowering. I did this because the stems started to break on me. In my opinion you could continue until you snap your first stem, than let them do their thing.

Its okay for seedlings, however, come time for flowering you really want to be under 80 deg. I would really shoot for 75-76 deg C. This is just my opinion of course, everyone will have a different answer.

Did you happen to top-water with a nutrient solution prior to filling your buckets and bubbling? I know some people who top water in the seedling stages as the transplant from the original medium sometimes causes shock. I know this probably isn't the issue, but just trying to help you troubleshoot.
