Yes it will shrink significantly after drying. How long has it been in flower? Lowriders aren't meant to get that small. It does in fact look like a mini-lowryder..same shape..just tiny..ha. Perhaps something occured that stunted its growth and it never got big..More likely a genetic...

yeah in texas, no one (cept growers ofcourse) are to cultured on strains. its either schwag or kind bud, and the kind bud(chronic) isn't always the best. im talkin houston area. good bud, just not an assortment.

I would put the HID up, grow it up mad (really those cfls have little value under a deep penetrating HID) but when you start budding set up some of those CFL fixtures cept put UVA/UVB bulbs in so your girl is getting hit with nasty uvs, build up the trichs. do it dude!
