plenty of rooting stimulant types available, not expensive, decent potting soil, a humid environment and light is all you need. cut your clone with a sterile tool, treat the stem with your chosen stimulant, plant in soil, keep humid and give light.

You can run a 400 watt light on a 600w ballast but it has it's cons: the light's life span will shorten as it will burn the gas within it quicker due to the high wattage being fed in it. Vice versa you could also run a light with a higher wattage then the ballast and it will result in longer...

All gud to grow under low lights but if you want a proper yeild thats potent you need powerful lights or grow outdoors in the summer

Try to stand it up straight using a support. In the worser case you will just get a bushier plant now with more outgrowth than up growth. ;-)
