you wont be able to grow 10 plants in their, you will need more space as they get bigger, aswell as more lights. Again get rid of the aluminum and go for white paint, mylar or diamond sheeting. You also want a fan in their once those sprout. What are they?

with trichomes you want them to turn cloudy/milky. you don't want the trichomes themselves to turn amber. highest THC content is when the trichomes are cloudy, once they start turning amber it means the thc levels in the trichomes are deteriorating.

it's not your lights. you have sufficient lighting. Pay more attention to letting the plant veg, nutes, soil PH if you use soil, Humidity, consistent light cycles, air flow and quality seeds. also consider using diamond reflective sheeting.

How many watts of CFL u running on those 2? Like zarezhu said, i too recommend getting those light horizontal, and make a reflector, simple aluminium fan tube or something from a hardware store, cut it in half and attach the cfl's on to it; you'll get more growth from the same lights ;-).
